Legendary blues guitarist Johnny Vernazza will be a special performer at the 2016 Gator by The Bay Festival, being held in San Diego's Marina Park on May 5-8. Vernazza was guitarist with the Elvin Bishop Group during thier hitmaking seventies heyday, including the classic tune "Fooled Around and Felled In Love," as featured in the hit movie, Guardians of the Galaxy. His latest Blindspot Records album, Lions and Thieves is essential listening for fans of the blues.
